    • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it will be your responsibility to read them on each occasion you visit the site.

    Booking your Holiday

    • A booking is excepted only after we receive the written confirmation From you along with full payment of the travel arrangements.

    • If the booking is made within the 30 days of arrival to Sri Lanka, then full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

    • Full payment or the payment of a deposit and tour written confirmation via your e-mail will indicate an acceptance of these terms and conditions by you.

    Payment Policy

    • Payment for deposits and final monies for travel arrangement may be made by a Bank Transfer
    •  
    • If paid by bank transfer any charges arising outside Sri Lanka should be borne by the depositor. Payments can be done in USD.

    • If you fail to do the payments before the deadline informed, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and inform you.

    Price Policy

    The price of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond the control of us and may occur because of government action.

    If your travel arrangement prices are increased by any matters outside our control. You must either pay the additional amount for us when we request or cancel your travel arrangements in accordance with these booking conditions. All prices are provided in USD.

    Amendment and Cancellation policy

    • Cancellation of bookings is possible through autumnholidays.com .
    •  
    • However, this is subject to cancellation, bank and administrative charges. Cancellation of booking will not be accommodated with a time frame of 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour. This would vary based on the hotel cancellation policy and the period of the booking.

    • Any client may cancel the tour arrangement at any time by using the same e -mail address that was used for confirmation of the tour.

    Refund Policy

    Payments received via bank transfer the refund would be done to the same account details and should submit a written confirmation regarding the cancellation 

    If you make a booking and thereafter are not contactable on the contact details which provided the booking including hotel reservations selected by you will cancel and www.autumnholidays.com would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.

    Late Payments

    If payments are not received by the due date, the booking may be subject to the cancellation.

    Customer Responsibilities

    Travel documents

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas and necessary health documents.

    Health and safety

    • Clients are responsible for their own health and safety obtaining appropriate medical insurance and following local guidelines. An illness occurs or an accident the client must pay possible expenses to doctors, hospitals, ambulances and special transports.
    • The client take responsibility for their own behavior and will reimburse autumn holidays or its suppliers any damaged caused by negligent or reckless behavior by the client or due to circumstances within the client’s control.
